At Holy Garments, every piece is crafted with purpose and released in limited quantities. Because of the exclusivity of our drops, we handle returns carefully to ensure fairness to all customers.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery or in-person purchase. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition with tags

To start a return or exchange, email us at [your email here] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2-4 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items

  • Worn or damaged pieces

  • Custom or pre-order items


Return Shipping

  • Local returns can be dropped off in person (Ventura County).

  • For shipped orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
